Three decades of transforming high-growth businesses — as a chief executive, board director, trusted advisor and consultant — have taught me one thing above method: effective transformation depends as much on the context and nuance of approach as on best-practice methodology.
I have led large, complex teams and organisations through major transformational change and growth, and today serve as a non-executive director and advisor across several. I thrive on the hardest organisational and behavioural problems — and on building environments where good governance, high-performing cultures and innovation thrive together.

No. Illumetis is offered to a small number of cohorts each quarter. Pricing is shared once an invitation is accepted, and is structured per executive seat.
Invitations are sent in cohorts of roughly fifty. Most members of the current list are reached within six to ten weeks of joining.
